Christopher plays the part of federal agent Greg Murphy in Sea Patrol. Sea Patrol is a TV series about the adventures of a Royal Australian Navy patrol boat and its crew.

Christopher was in Bath, England, March 2006 for a part in the Shakespeare play The Comedy of Errors. Reviews about this role of Christopher said:

Sean O’Shea and Christopher Stollery as the Antipholi twins are confusingly similar in that rarest of achievements - a faultless production.

The Antophiluses, Christopher Stollery and Sean O'Shea, were both excellent.

Christopher played the part of Conrad Fry as a guest appearance in
All Saints
, March 2006.

Christopher plays Jack Cade in Bell Shakespeare's War of the Roses. This is what they said about Christopher as Jack Cade:

Another unlikely candidate for a comic makeover, although it works much more successfully on him, is Jack Cade (Christopher Stollery), a proto-anarchist and the leader of a civil rebellion. Stollery plays him as a berserk, golf club wielding drongo, his low-slung shorts showing off his plumber's crack.

Christopher Stollery, as the mercenary Jack Cade, leader of the rebellion against the king, appears as a walrus-moustachioed Collingwood supporter whose accent works comically alongside the Bard's words.

John Batchelor is capable as Gloucester but is more assured as Stafford, Iden and Oxford, while Christopher Stollery hits his stride as the redneck Jack Cade and as Buckingham.

Christopher appeared in the telemovie The Alice as Connor Gregory. About Connor:

Husband of Helen who died during the eclipse while running over the mountain.

Christopher also appeared in the mini series Through My Eyes. In these series he was re-united with former Flying Doctors colleagues Andrew McFarlane and Peter O' Brien (whose wife Miranda Otto played the leading part).
