Penny Wellings

Penny is Kate's younger sister. She and Steve date each other. Penny is a bit of a strange girl and is always looking for ways to be in the middle of all the attention. She was on drugs, develops a crush on Geoff, runs away and has an affair with Guy, amongst many other problems! Penny Wellings is also a character in the spin-off series RFDS.
